ooooo! thats some scurry shit!

so ive been hearing all this buzz around this new movie Paranormal Activity. now i love love love scary movies, ever since i was a youngin'. all my friends that have seen it keep telling me about how great and creepy it is. and the ones that havent seen it yet keep telling me how awesome they think it is and that they want to go see it. so i took it upon myself to check out the trailer cos we all know i live under a rock and i miss all the cool shit. anyway, the trailer nearly made me pee my pants. it looks freaking awesome. so hopefully sometime soon im gonna go actually see it. but i suggest all of you go see it this weekend cos its halloween and its a good time to see it. and if you havent seen the trailer yet or you live under a rock here:

ok ok ok ok ok. so lately ive been obsessing over this spanish (from Spain) teen drama called Fisica O Quimica. ok ok ok so thats a lie. ive been obsessed with it since i found out about it last summer, where it was all over the homo-rags/blogs because two of the male lead characters started dating (Fer y David). now, there wasnt some stellar or inventive nature to the story line, basically it was homo meets straight guy and straight guy realises hes not so straight. done. seen it before a million times over. however, the characters themselves, the actors and the way the story was handle was pretty dang good. so once i was hooked i started watching whole episodes on Antenna 3 (the channel that shows it over in Spain).  and the more i watched the more i dig the character of Cabano played by Maxi Iglesias. right now hes going through some drama about having cancer and slowly making it with the help of his fergie-esque girlfriend Ruth. did i mention the fact that the guy that plays Cabano is hotter than all hell....... and heres the awful part. he just turned 18 THIS year. the day after my birthday to be exact. lame.

oh cheryl.... youve disappointed me so.

So being the lame american that i am, ive just now seen the promotional video for "Fight for This Love" from Cheryl Cole's upcoming solo project (link after the wordage). all i can say is.... less than stellar. its not he voice, as she has a fully capable voice. it just sounds like she isnt committing to the song or video for that matter. half heartedly shimmying about with dancers and a gazillion costume changes isnt going to help her fans swallow such a lackluster song and performance.

take note Nadine, and do the opposite of your dear band mate.
